Do You Think That Girls Get Treated Better Than Guys?

Well Tis I Jonny of Yorkshire.
I'm a seventh grader and in my class the girls class get treated better than the guys in my class. Like if I go to my school and wear a shirt without a collar then I get in trouble but of course if a girl wears a shirt without a collar then they dont get in trouble. Also me or one of my friends wears a shirt with an emblem thats too big then we get in trouble and get a detention but the girls can wear any size symbol and not get in trouble. I just don't get it.
